The service has been very poor. For a company that works over the internet, it is extremely difficult to order. The contact form does not work. I struggle to get responses on text and email. The only time I never had a problem was my initial call to place an order. Since that time I have not had an appointment go off without a hitch. I have been a customer since February 2021. They helped me determine which Phonak Hearing aid model would be ideal for me and sold them to me at a very good price. Every time I had maintenance issues and upgrades for my hearing aids, they have been extremely knowledgeable and professional. As they are a family run LLC business, I can tell you that they absolutely take customer satisfaction seriously. They put customer first. If you need guidance on any hearing purchase, they are extremely helpful
