My husband is an expert on hearing aid technology and options and he did his research for me too. We had a terrific experience with FitHearing and were able to obtain exactly what we were looking for at an extremely attractive price. Given the popularity of this new technology, we were thrilled to be able to get it all so quickly. Highly recommend.
Fit Hearing is great. Anna answers the phone there and Dr. Randi does remote programming sessions. I purchased threee different kinds of Phonak Hearing aids there(two in ear, one bluetooth streaming, and the most recent behind the ear Audeo infineo sphere with AI for clear vioces in noisy places(a bit over $3K) . Service and help was great in all instances. After the purchase I hired a local Audionogist and paid Alacarte for real ear measurenents and any additional adjustments. While Fithearing's prices are great, I disagree with other reviewers who cite their "prompt" service. I have found them difficult to reach by phone or email (twice waited two or more days to hear back from them). And when I returned my hearing aids for a repair, they sent the repaired units back to me without explaining what the problem had been, and sent along some accessories without explaining what they were for or how to use them. Pricing is phenomenal. Was able to do everything over the telephone and sales staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. If it wasn't for the reviews I was able to pull up on the internet I would have thought that I was being scammed because everything was just too good to believe! I found them online while price shopping for hearing aids. Purchasing could not have been easier and Anna was awesome and incredibly helpful. In addition the hearing aids I purchased were less than half what my local provider quoted me. That's pretty much the definition of win-win...
