I come to FitHaus for their Strength + Conditioning and yoga classes. I've been a member at many fitness/yoga studios, both in the US and abroad, and FitHaus is truly one of the best I've ever been to. The atmosphere they create is the perfect balance of inviting and challenging. The quality of instruction is very high. Everyone helps out, we work hard but don't take ourselves *too* seriously, and I've never once felt intimidated or over my head. I can’t say enough good things about this gym! As an out of town visitor, I felt right at home. The facility is very clean and provides everything an attendee would need from beginner to advanced. The owner Phillip takes the time to connect with everyone that passes through his doors. He makes my parents that are avid members and senior citizens feel comfortable and safe.
