I started working with Jordan at Fit Grind Omaha to get ready for my wedding, but I’ve taken away so much more than I expected! I learned about macros, healthy fat loss, muscle gain, and overall body improvement — and I’ve seen amazing results. I am currently involved in private training with coach Jordan here and it’s been a blessing. I suffer from a variety of medical issues primarily affecting my physical health (bone, muscle, balance, etc.) and he has gone above and beyond any physical therapist has through the last 15 years of my life.
