Amazing instructors and community! They are super welcoming to everyone and always make exercising so fun! I love that I can take my kids with me also. THE BEST!!
I've never been the type to want to go out and exercise but this group of ladies couldn't be better! There are all types of levels and modifications for everyone! I've made new and old friendships and I actually look forward to going!
Read all the way through. Great place to work out. I mostly workout at home, but had a friend invite me to come with her. I felt mammothly stupid when I showed up. I'm not a group fitness person. It's been almost a year since I started going. Still for the life of me have not memorized most of the moves, but now instead of feeling dumb I just laugh. The best atmosphere ever! Everyone is always so welcoming, which is very needed when you feel way out of your comfort zone. I have never felt like I shouldn't be there!
