Real home cooking delivered! Since living alone, my eating habits went down hill. It's hard to cook for one, and I was tired of finding old veges in my fridge that I had let it go for too long without adding to a decent meal. Fit Foods4 You was exactly what I needed. I get wonderful, well-rounded meals, with lots of veggies and low-fat meat. I love the chicken salsa with asparagus... Yummmm!
