Jamie has been servicing our treadmills for over a decade now. We decided it was time to get something more robust, so I reached out to him for recommendations. He helped us figure out what would suit our needs best and got us sorted with used commercial treadmill. When he got it to the house and rebuilt he wasn't happy with how it was running so he ended up replacing the motor for us. The level of commitment to his clients is unmatched.
I highly recommend Jamie/ FitFix who worked on my 20 year old treadmill. Jamie expertise in spotting areas of wear and tear revealed that I needed a new motor. He also alerted me that NordicTrack had a lifetime warranty on their motors. Needless to say had Jamie not been knowledgeable on the product, I would have been looking at a new treadmill. I am now waiting the replacement and I will call Jamie to install the new motor. His pricing is very fair and the service is outstanding. You will not be disappointed!
Purchased a Commercial Grade Treadmill (Reconditioned) from FitFix for my home in May 2025. Great company to deal with. Jamie and his boys did an amazing job delivering and installing the machine in my home. Jamie took the time to go through how to maintain it. We joke that this treadmill will become a part of my house. He provided great advice, amazing price and a great looking treadmill.
Jamie and team did an excellent job of moving and servicing my treadmill. They explained everything that was done, showed me how to keep up the maintenance and left the workspace clean and tidy when all was done. I would definitely use them again if my equipment needs work!
