Jamie was excellent at diagnosing the problem with our BowFlex elliptical, and deduced the part we need ... unfortunately we are still waiting for the part to be in stock from BowFlex months later. Truly terrible customer service from them. They could learn a few things from FitFix. Thanks again, Jamie.

I didn’t know who to take it to, so I tried looked up some places on chat gpt. FitFix popped up, and I was not disappointed. Jamie was able to get it done in less than a day, and my massage gun was running like new. Service went as far as to not only fix the problem, but also tightened the outer casing for it as well. Would highly recommend.
