I had some issues with an older elliptical, and Jamie was able to provide some troubleshooting remotely (at no cost) that helped me resolve my issues without the need for a service call. I'd highly recommend them - very friendly and helpful people!
I was looking for a new elliptical and Jamie and the team showed me a bunch of options to choose from, and I ended up with a unit that fit my budget.
Jamie and team did an excellent job of moving and servicing my treadmill. They explained everything that was done, showed me how to keep up the maintenance and left the workspace clean and tidy when all was done. I would definitely use them again if my equipment needs work!
I dealt with Jamie to fix my fitness plate as I was searching for a place in Calgary that repairs vibration plates. Unfortunately, he wasn't an authorized dealer/repair in the A&M UK Maxburn brand but he was very friendly in helping me locate a shop in town that is authorized to repair Maxburns. Jamie stayed in touch by email and sent me all the info I needed.
