I recently joined Fit Farm for the new Masters class. I am a woman who has never been involved in organized exercising but, I have to tell you, I am really enjoying it. Masters, is for seniors with little or no experience in the gym life. We have an awesome senior instructor, introducing us to functional exercises that will help us keep moving in the future. Fit Farm is a great place with a friendly welcoming atmosphere! I just joined phase 2

I am so thankful for the community at Fit Farm! It’s so much more than a gym and coach Bethany is so much more than just a gym owner. She genuinely cares and wants you to crush your goals! If your looking to start a fitness journey here in Strathroy look no further FitFarm is where you want to be♥️ 10/10 recommend

My husband and I have been going to Fit Farm for almost 5 years and absolutely love it! The community is amazing and Beth is so knowledgeable and caring. Everyone is welcoming and supportive. I was nervous when I started as I was not doing anything fitness related but the classes allow you to work at your pace and build from there. I can’t imagine not having this community in my life. I am in better shape now as I near 40 years old than I have ever been.
