I joined in on a fitness challenge. Over the course of the 30 days I would loose approximately 10 lbs and an inch around my waist. The classes were challenging, but not over the top that I felt I couldn’t finish or keep up. All of the instructor were knowledgeable and super friendly. Being a new dad, and not having a babysitter, my 6 month old was welcomed by the staff. Eddie and crew are fantastic and I would highly recommend his gym to anyone looking to get into shape is a fun and friendly environment.
