Coach Kathy is a phenominal fitness trainer. She will inspire you to be your best version of yourself. She has done it for me, and I couldn’t ask for a better coach and all out friend. She will celebrate your successes and comfort you when you feel like you fall short. I recommend this lady to anyone who truly wants to get themselves on the right track.
