I joined mainly for weight loss but ended up enjoying the stress relief more than anything else. The environment stays surprisingly comfortable even during evening rush. Someone accidentally took my towel once, and the staff solved the situation politely within minutes. Small issue, handled professionally without unnecessary drama.
Charles is great! He has tailored everything to me and my goals and is super flexible.
Charles is the Best trainer, highly recommend if looking to meet your fitness goals. Meal plans provided with training, super educated, and patient, really convenient area right in North Canton.
This gym is great. Has everything you need and not busy, so if you don’t like a crowded gym then definitely check this one out. Working one on one with Charles has been transformative. I worked out before but this is next level. Most of my previous workouts were an hour and would play to my strengths. But Charles finds your weaknesses and has you work hard on them for 90 minutes! It’s intense. I’m finding that I think more clearly, sleep better, and am developing some nice muscle strength and tone! Highly recommend!
