I love this gym and the owner Charles. He’s one of my best friends so I’m a little biased but his results speak for themselves. Hard work and dedication 1000%. 24/7 access with everything you need to succeed. He is always updating equipment and strategically makes a game plan for every customer. Don’t be scared to ask him questions!
A great gym with a great staff. As a professional fighter the 24/7 access is a plus. Charles always gives you the best insight and nutritional guidance you need. Most importantly he tailors your fitness around each individual person or he also does group workouts. I promise you he will get you right and if i could give him 10 stars I would!!
Charles is the absolute best trainer you will find in all of Ohio! He is an extremely effective motivator!! He won’t let you whimp out and he’ll get you in the best shape of your life!! And his prices are incredible!!
