I’ve been a member for 6 weeks now and am completely satisfied with the facility and quality of coaching. This is a very active and busy gym environment but it is obvious that the coaches are invested in ensuring the safety and improvement of all the athletes no matter the skill level. If you are thinking about giving CrossFit a try CrossFit Cabarrus will not disappoint.
I recently relocated from Denver and had been wanting to try a CrossFit Gym for quite some time. I had done a few classes with a friend during my deployment in 2021 but never joined a CrossFit gym for various reasons. One of the most recent reasons was a motorcycle crash that had broken my elbow in 8 places, shoulder and clavicle. Incredible facility owned and operated by incredible people. Cannot recommend this place enough. The staff, the programming, and the community are best in class!!
