Terrible communication and satisfaction after they have your money. Be careful!
I took my brand new (470 miles) on it.. 2024 chevy high country to Eric for (Ceramic coating) (ppf) paint protection film and (window tint) the ppf was installed 3 separate times failing each time. Now after the 4th time I am getting rejected and no refund offered. ($900.) (Lost!!) with no explanation at all. Eric told me it just doesn't stick and that he doesn't know why. I would not recommend doing ppf at Fitchin Auto (SCAM!) He even told me he went to school specifically for ppf! The ceramic coat also scratches very easy ... read more

Did a awesome job on our car detail job and window tint
We took our truck to get the windows tinted and got amazing service. They did a great job and would recommend them to everybody. It totally changed the way the truck looked and made it look so much better!
