Mandy Yeck is an amazing trainer and coach. She works all the muscles during the week. The workouts are never the same. She's great at teaching us how to modify up or down to where we are at. The women that are there are all ages. I am 56 years old. I feel healthy, energetic and strong. I love it there.

This place is amazing. I started here with the previous owner and did ok, but the new owner, Mandi, has totally turned it around. She is the most dedicated person to her clients and business. The studio offers bootcamp classes (for adults and kids), spin classes, Pilates and Zumba. There is even a daytime bootcamp that’s ok to bring your kids to! FitChick Boot Camp is the best workout studio in McHenry County hands down. I am starting my fifth year there and have never felt better. Coach Mandi’s workouts are always different and she is always willing to modify workouts to make them easier or harder for each person! Her one on one attention to each lady is amazing. I am so grateful for this place and the transformation my body has undergone this past year. Simply amazing!
