Everything they said above is so very true. This place looks nice but it is a dump. They don't fix anything, the place smells no matter what you do, it has a moisture problem and the cabinets are dry rotted and makes everything in it stink very bad. The apartments smell like basement and the carpet is unhealthy for children. You can complain all you want and they won't do a thing about it. Fitchburg Springs has the worst management I have ever seen in my life! The property manager, DANIELLE REUTER, IS THE COCKIEST, RUDEST, AND MOST DISRESPECTFUL, HATEFUL PERSON THAT ONE COULD EVER MEET! She treats the tenants like crap. SHE gives out 5 day notices for the smallest things ever. Your kids aren't allowed to be outside and play like normal children.
