Absolutely positively amazing ( understatement) customer service from Julien. He is so ingenious about bikes. My husband and I were looking for a bike that could tow a WIKE trailer with my adult special needs daughter in it. I called the store and he knew the exact bike we needed. He also knew right away what kind of axle we needed to make it work. We got there that night and he put the attachment right on within a matter of minutes. I'm not sure what this review will do overall considering the shop is closing soon, but I know W&S looks at the reviews and I want to pass along word that the Manager, Julien, is outstanding. He's patient, wildly intelligent, and loves sharing his passion for bike riding.
Follow-up is pretty poor, at least at the Fitchburg shop. The are not eager to honor warranty issues.
I had such a great experience! Dave was so knowledgeable and helpful.
