The drain in my kitchen sink broke this afternoon. The gentleman working the counter here looked at my photo, got me the parts I needed to fix it, and walked me through the process before I left. I had my sink back up and running in less than 30 minutes. Thank you!!
According to them sometimes their computers work and sometimes they don’t and that’s multiple times during the day and week. When the computers don’t work they cannot sell anything. Fitchburg Plumbing Supply is unreliable.
Had just what i needed to fix an emergency plumbing drain issue at my house. Easy and convienent to have them in Gardner. Guy at the counter was supper helpful and made my day.
