This company is great. They're very prompt. They make sure you're up and running with your heat. They follow up with phone calls when they say they're going to call. They show up when they say they're going to show up. And you don't have to book 2+ weeks out in advance like some other companies. And once you're on the schedule they make sure to deliver when you need it.

After being away from our home for a week we returned to find a cellar full of water. The water heater had leaked out. It was 2:30 on a Friday afternoon. Never did I expect to get a service technician that late on a Friday. I called Fitch’s office and to my surprise they had two qualified technician at my home within one hour.
