Great place to workout for beginners. All exercises are modified so everyone can do the workout.
Very nice gym! Moat of the coaches are really helpful and you can tell they really love what they do. I love that they have the workouts already laid out and they demo the workouts with modifications. They really want you to be doing things correctly so you don't harm yourself. Great place to workout!

Fitcamp has been a huge part of my life since it started in 2014! While I am much stronger physcially now after all these years, I made some wonderful friends along the way, and have been encouraged by Casey to do more than I ever could have imagined! Give it a try, first week is free!
FITCamp is the best gym I’ve EVER joined! I love that it is women only and the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I needed some modifications as I had been out of the gym for quite a while due to kids and surgery. Casey, Chloe, and everyone in class was so encouraging and helpful. I felt like I found an instant family at FITCamp. Love it!!
