ARIZE IS AMAZING!!! I was just a mom looking to find my way back to the gym and ARIZE was everything I needed. Everyone is so welcoming, from the training staff, the front desk and childcare. They also encourage you beyond fitness. They encourage your Faith and that for me is what stood out. Plus, my kids LOVE the childcare. Just take your first step in the door and you wonβt regret it.Β
Great place to work out. They Will modify every workout to help you out. The trainers are friendly and helpful. They seem to know everyoneβs name and will encourage you as you work out.Β

So I had a friend. Asked me to come and visit her gym arise, so I went and visited Saturday. Really high-spirited. All the trainers and owners are involved. Really motivating. During the end of my workout , a person came up to me and asked me if I realized I was doing something wrong I did not know that. I was doing the same reps as when I started instead of counting them down 432, and one\n I heard 4 and kept doing 4 the whole workout. Anybody that knows me at the gym? I don't mind doing extra.
