I am visiting my sister for the 4th of July holiday and went to Arize Training on Saturday. It was a fantastic workout with a group of friendly, energetic, and welcoming staff! I am not big into group exercise (I run, hike, swim and bike ride rather than being in a gym), but if I lived in the area, I would go to this gym! I felt included without any pressure.
