I used to love this gym and it's trainers. I had been going since the very beginning. Sadly it started to slip as they grew bigger. They used to go above and beyond. Now it's a business about profit only it feels like. I was told my sessions didn't have an expiry date. Then I receive an email saying they expired. I joined Fitborough this past August and wish I had joined much sooner!! The coaches and other members have created a very welcoming and supportive environment. The atmosphere is motivating, without being intimidating, and so I feel comfortable as a new member. The classes are scalable to any fitness level and their structure is effective and engaging. The individual guidance from the coaches is incredibly helpful. Thanks to Fitborough, going to the gym has become a part of my regular routine.
