Best gym I have been to in my entire life. The coaches are amazing, the other gym members are amazing. Doesn’t matter your fitness level or age. it’s great for beginners that may want to increase their fitness level or increase their quality of life. It is also a great place for experienced gym goers that want a more quiet environment the classes are 6 people. we still listen to music and have fun cheering each other on.
Gorgeous gym in a beautiful rural setting. Kind, welcoming community of all ages/backgrounds/abilities. Amazing value: small group (max 6) personal training by super skilled & knowledgeable trainers.
