I’ve been training with FitBody trainer for over two years and I’ve never felt stronger. The trainers are amazing and are really helpful.

The staff at Fitbody are so welcoming and knowledgeable. The range and quality of the equipment is excellent. If you are a woman in the Telford area who wants to get into shape in a fun environment then this is for you! It's no cliquey and everyone is really so friendly and supportive.
I had a fantastic time at firbody. I was really pushed out of my comfort zone , the expertise of the instructors was top class and the friendliness of the other members was great. A perfect place to get fit and stay fit.I would highly recommend trying.
I felt really welcomed at the group. The instructors Sam and Scott were really helpful in the classes and very supportive. It has really helped me focus on nutrition and appreciate the value of exercise. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
