For starters I am one of those people that likes to support local businesses where I can. I feel like in this gym they actually want to see everyone be better than they were yesterday. I was so hesistant to start and I am the heaviest I have ever been in my life. As I am slowly starting to see some change, I don't regret coming to this gym. If you start at 110 pounds over your ideal weight like me don't feel like you're alone in this and just start.
What a great environment! I was reluctant to pull the trigger on joining because I thought it was intimidating and I didn't think I could do it. I am so happy I took the leap, seeing the improvements in my wife who is also a member and talking to Chris, put things in a whole different perspective. Couldn't ask for better people to instruct and motivate all of us to achieve the goals we set.
