Is this Kentucky Fried Chicken because everything was finger lickin good! I have traveled the US eating vegan in at least 50 restaurants in 20 states. It's always a struggle to find a restaurant that doesn't replace meat with soy. Or have vegan but not gluten free. Many of these restaurants are not healthy and my options are limited. I love the meals, but couldn't get proper communication when there were issues with a promo that wouldn't work and when my order was changed without notice. I even just paid full price when I was supposed to get 10% off of my order, just because I love the meals and wanted them for the week. Had a simple reply been made via email, I would leave a much better review. Customer service and communication is everything.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! They claim to be a food delivery company but after signing up for a weekly meal subscription they pull no shows, cancel, make me wait for hours then claim their driver got in an accident...it always excuse after excuse. The company is run by children with no concept of business or customer service. I predict they'll be out of business very soon.

Very upset! There was a sign in the store that said 3 dollar pecan brownies! Jayden kept trying to charge 4, my mother explained your sign says one thing you are telling me another thing. He kept saying I know for sure it’s 4 dollars. She said ok I take classes here, I buy here often now you’re going to loose a customer and he said yes. Come on now people customer service!!
