Best gym equipped with lots of machines. Hidden gem, friendly & helpful staff. Affordable Membership price.
Great gym, lots of equipment both weights and cardio. clean and tidy. Ladies only section is an added bonus. Super helpful and friendly staff. Welcoming, inclusive and ‘non trendy’ vibe which I love. Lots of space. Supps and snacks/ drinks to buy onsite. Highly recommended
The place is absolutely filthy, I’ve been a member for 3 weeks, the equipment in the ladies area is covered in a layer of dust and one treadmill has paper towel stuffed in the drink holder that has now been there for 3 weeks (obviously no cleaning has been done in 3 week). There are signs everywhere asking you to wipe down the equipment, but no paper towel in the holders for the past 3 weeks. This gym is the perfect place to get the job done without breaking the bank. A huge shout-out to Sarabjit Ji for his amazing work and for putting in the effort to help me get started based on my physical condition. I am so glad I chose this space—it is welcoming, well-maintained, has top-notch equipment, and a separate women’s section. Thanks, and I’m looking forward to your continued guidance!
