The care, patience and focus on supporting your goals is outstanding. Ash and the team are amazing, approachable and make it so easy to get the right workouts for you, as well as helping your with your form, to give you a platform for success. It really is an amazing way to let the outer you reflect the inner you. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their fitness, especially for beginners (like me)! I have never been keen on gyms or exercise in general, but I knew that I needed to build strength and improve my overall fitness as I'm not getting any younger. I tried a few other gyms and found them to be too overwhelming, very busy and so my motivation to attend was non existent. But finding Ash and the team at FITA U has been a game changer. I'm a local Paddington resident and recently signed up with Fita-U for 3 months. Ashley and his colleagues Zane and Pascale are very friendly and knowledgeable. Very pleasant environment and I highly recommend it if you are a female over 40 who is going through menopause and are struggling to lose weight. Cheers Jackie V
