I highly recommend this unique gym for busy professionals! It is quite different from other gyms with a focus on small groups, simple routines and real progress with friendly and knowledgeable trainers. It is also refreshing to find a gym so committed to the unique needs of 40+ women. Outside the gym, Ash goes above and beyond to support our local business community. I highly recommend Ash and the team at Fita-U.
A fabulous small boutique gym for people over 40 in Paddington. I my enjoy strength and strength & HIIT sessions that I come to. My strength and muscle mass has improved and I’m looking great in my frocks. Highly recommend.
