Amy is the best! Her class was a real challenge with some real laughs and fun in-between pain faces. Without people like her I would probably never consider trying these kinds of things, she is a great inspiration and teacher! ♡ highly recommend!
Did my first Lagree class ever here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Laura was an amazing instructor and really walked me through how the equipment worked and payed close attention to my form and helped me with adjustments throughout class. The studio is also nice and airy and clean and has very high quality equipment. I’d definitely come again!
