Fit4mom is so great! Especially if you’re looking for a place to plug in with other moms (new and experienced) this is the place for you! It’s a fun workout that will get you back into working out and the best part is you get to bring your little one with you!!
Being a first time mom I was overwhelmed after having first and I started searching for places to go and things to do. Then I found Fit4mom. I knew at my first class that Fit4mom was the right place for me. I love that I get a great workout in while interacting with my toddler at the same time.
