Just wanted to point out how much Jody does for the community of Wilmington+…..I was a part of Fit for Mom for like a year and it was life changing. It helped me in so many ways. More importantly, I met one of my dearest friends with whom I spend time every week. Our kids are besties and we are besties….soul friends. I doubt Jessica and I would have met any other way. Fit4Mom has been an absolute game-changer for me! Jody, I truly can’t express how much this group means to me. It was more than just a class—it was a lifeline. After having my son, I barely left the house for the first three months. Fit4Mom was an amazing experience both as a new mom and as a new Wilmington resident. I was able to get my mind and body healthy, make new friends and priceless memories along the way. Such a beautiful community! I cannot recommend Fit4Mom enough!
The Body Ignite class is a slow, mindful, toning/strengthening class for all levels, in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Jody is positive, laid back, funny, and still manages to give important alignment cues and encouragement. Top notch exercise and a variety of locations/times for us busy folks!
