I am so grateful to have found Fit 4 Mom! The classes are the perfect balance, challenging you but feeling comfortable and sustainable. But beyond the classes is the incredible community that is SO helpful and comforting in the midst of the challenges of motherhood. I felt welcomed, supported, and a sense of belonging from the first class. And I couldn’t ask for a better leader than Crissy!! It really does take a village and Fit 4 Mom is an amazing one. Highly recommend.

FIT4MOM Wayne was just what I was looking for to get back into working out after my second daughter was born. I love the workouts, the close community, and the chance to get to know other moms. Chrissy is wonderful and I have been so happy to be part of this group!

Fit4Mom Wayne is an incredible community! The workouts have been so beneficial for both my mind and body postpartum. Crissy is amazing at leading the workouts (with different levels/modifications for your stage of motherhood) and fostering a kind community and positive atmosphere. The playgroups and moms nights out are always fun and a great way to connect with other moms. All of the other moms were so welcoming when I joined. I’m so happy I found this group and highly recommend for all new moms!

What a wonderful community! I suffered from postpartum depression and fit4mom really helped me feel not so alone. Crissy is absolutely amazing! So kind and warm and creates a safe space for you to move your body while caring for your little one. Can’t recommend this group enough.
