I love being a part of Fit4Mom. As a Mom of 3, it is hard to find time to do something for myself. I love being able to get outside with my kids, exercise and meet some other Moms in a fun and friendly environment. Anna has done an incredible job!

So happy Anna started the Fit4mom group on the mainline. Great community with awesome activities for the kiddos and parents, not to mention a great workout too.

Anna is a fantastic coach!!! I attended StrollerStrides classes while on mat leave and it was the perfect outing to get us out of the house and moving. It really set the start of our day off wonderfully. The other moms in the class are friendly and encouraging. Anna offers many modifications as needed and comes prepared to assist you and help with your kids in a pinch. Cannot recommended it enough.

I’ve loved joining Anna and this group weekly since cleared by my doctor for activity after having my second child! It’s such a fun great way to get active again and meet a great group of empowering women. Anna is very mindful of where you are in your postpartum journey and provides modifications as needed. This class can be as easy or difficult as you need it to be. You also won’t be alone if your baby/toddler/child is not cooperating. Anna comes with bubbles, music, coloring, and a rainbow parachute!
