Really enjoyed my classes and the instructors. Welcoming environment to get back in shape.
I love that Fit4Moms run club is designed for moms at all levels of running experience. It has begun getting to know other moms, train together for a race, and have accountability. With run club membership you also get to attend stroller strides classes for cross training!
I joined Fit4Mom South Charlotte + Matthews last year when I was on maternity leave. The stroller strides classes were great and I got to know a great group of moms and kiddos close to the age of mine. After going back to work, I've swapped over to the evening Strides 360 classes and I am loving that workout and the continued mom community in that group. The group is always so welcoming and the workouts are great!
Fit4Mom South Charlotte + Matthews has been the best group I’ve joined since having my son! It’s not only a super convenient workout group with multiple class options, but the support from the moms is beyond supportive! I’ve met some incredible moms and kids in just a year and a half since I joined.
