I recently joined Fit4mom with Amilette and I love going to class! Her and Patti are such amazing teachers that bring a lot of energy to the group and make it fun to workout. I have needed this so much during my postpartum journey and my only regret is that I didn't start sooner. I have been struggling with some pretty intense postpartum depression and I don't have much of a village. These classes and the time spent with everyone hanging out with their babies afterward has brought back the joy to motherhood for me!

I've had such a good experience with Fit4Mom classes. They're challenging, but with plenty of modifications for wherever you are on the postnatal journey. Excellent cardio. They're helping me get my stamina back, and the best part is--I can take my baby to workouts with me.

Fit4Mom saved me from PPD! I was struggling but as soon as I showed up to my first free class, I met other moms who were there to heal and show up better for their families! The workouts are amazing and perfect for postpartum. Amilette has created a unique, loving village and I feel grateful to be apart of it. If you are thinking about it, jump in because the only way to show up well for your kids and family is to make sure you are taking care of you!

I attended both the Stroller Barre and Stroller Strides classes. While I didn’t end up purchasing a membership due to the decision to move from the area, I feel compelled to write this review. Amilette is a wonderful woman who goes above and beyond in working to create a community for moms to support their well being, both physical and mental. I am so pleased to have had the opportunity to partake and highly recommend!
