I’ve been going to Fit4Mom since my son was 2 months old (he’s 5 months now), and I can’t say enough good things about it! The Stroller Strides class is such a great workout, and Patti, our instructor, is incredibly warm and welcoming. She creates such a friendly, supportive environment for all of us moms—it truly feels like a village. I’ve made wonderful friends through class, and it’s helped me so much with my postpartum journey. Fit4Moms was a place where other moms validated my struggles and encouraged me to keep showing up, even if I didn’t want to. The positive atmosphere and energy of other moms and especially the instructors were the key to keeping my mornings and days going and the workouts were just a bonus to the community. And even better, they loved on my babies and had their best interests in mind too. I love Fit4Moms, would highly recommend no matter the stage of early motherhood you are in.
