Amazing owner and instructors! You will not find a more welcoming or fun group of gals to workout with. The playdates are great and they provide crafts to do together as well. Mommas need some time to let loose together and the moms nights out are a blast. All of this and you can get a workout in with your little one with you in the great outdoors. It's just what I need to boost my energy for the rest of the day. If your thinking about it just jump in and sign as your first class for free.
I joined Fit4Mom needing an outlet. As a stay at home mom with two little kids I was needing something out of the home. Fit4Mom gave me connection with other moms, a good workout, while still being able to be with my children. I love they they have a weekly play date and once a month have a mom nights out. I’m so glad I found Fit4Mom.
Fit4Mom has been a great way to build a community of moms as well as getting a good work out in.
I love this group! Eager to get back in shape after baby #2, I joined FFM again and have been having a blast! My toddler loves playing with the other kids her age (pictured w/ faces blurred) on all the play dates and I love that she gets to see a great example of all these women take care of themselves through exercise. I had heard of Fit4Mom because some friends had joined in other parts of the country. I am SO happy there is this community of moms out here in West Texas!!! I went to a few socials while I was pregnant then started working out once I had my son. He is now 7 months old and I have been able to meet so many moms, make new friends, work out almost every day, lost the baby weight, and have something to do every day with the little one.
