I moved to Memphis almost 5 years ago and have been going to Fit4mom off and on the whole time. I never feel like a stranger. Everyone makes me feel so comfortable and the workouts are modified for my fitness level. So thankful for this group!
I am so happy I found this community. It is a great alternative for pregnant and postpartum women and most importantly women with very young kids. Their workouts are amazing, the owners are supportive and the community of other women is good. I am happy I found a class I can do with my baby. Highly recommend to all women to try it
Fit4mom was a safe place for me to go to Workout and meet other moms walking the same journey as me! I started with Fit4Baby and it was truly such an amazing Class that really helped me have a healthy pregnancy, delivery AND healing! I cannot recommend them enough!! I love this community!

Fit4Mom was critical in my postpartum journey. My favorite classes have been the body back (now body well) programs where it is a full body workout twice a week with meal planning and check-ins with a personal coach for each 8 week session. I have done all the classes except for Fit4Baby and they all have me leaving a good sore and my baby/babies having so much fun!
