I joined Fit4Mom when I was 10 weeks pregnant and did Fit4Baby all the way up to delivery. The classes were a great way to stay active and healthy throughout my pregnancy. My recovery (C-section) was amazing and I strongly believe it had a lot to do with Fit4Mom. Fit4Mom is the perfect place for anyone looking to start or continue their health and wellness journey, no matter where you’re at - pregnant or with teenagers and anything in between. I joined Fit4Mom about a year after moving to the Memphis area, I should have joined sooner. Every class I attended filled multiple buckets including a good workout and socialization. I especially enjoyed the park classes.
Fit4Mom is just the best. I came for the workouts and stayed for the community.
FIT4MOM has been a safe space for me and my baby, even when he was still in my belly. I’m so grateful to not only have a community to exercise with, but also a group of women to share the many ups and downs of motherhood.
