I loved my time with fit4mom! It was such a great place for moms to make new friends and gain a community while working on your fitness. I also love that they not only offer the work out classes, but you also get play groups after classes and a variety of monthly social events. They really foster the whole group to connect, which is amazing when you're a new mom settling into your new role. My daughter and I adore this community. We get some socialization and a workout. Natalie is lovely and all of the instructors are so great!

FIT4MOM is such an amazing community and was a huge part of my motherhood journey. I was part of their program for five years with my first set of twins and then again with my second set. It has been such a supportive and uplifting space for moms at every stage. The workouts are great, but the real magic is in the friendships and encouragement that come from being surrounded by other moms who truly understand. Would absolutely recommend. The exercises are “at your own intensity” so you can modify or scale it up, you decide your own pace. We know that movement and community are really important for moms, and this is exactly that! I love doing group fitness having a collective experience and cheering each other on. And to be able to have real authentic conversations with other moms who share and understand the joy and struggles of motherhood.
