FIT4MOM is such an amazing community and was a huge part of my motherhood journey. I was part of their program for five years with my first set of twins and then again with my second set. It has been such a supportive and uplifting space for moms at every stage. The workouts are great, but the real magic is in the friendships and encouragement that come from being surrounded by other moms who truly understand. Would absolutely recommend. The exercises are “at your own intensity” so you can modify or scale it up, you decide your own pace. We know that movement and community are really important for moms, and this is exactly that! I love doing group fitness having a collective experience and cheering each other on. F4M Brentwood is an amazing group of women and I am so happy to be a part of this organization! The workouts, the playgroups, the moms, the monthly events, and all of it, has been an amazing experience for myself and my kids. I highly recommend F4M to any moms as the classes and events are designed for those who are pregnant, have little ones, or are starting to send their kids to grade school and are looking for workouts and a great community.
