Fit4mom has been such a positive experience for me! It was a great way to make mom friends when I was new to the area and also gave my kids and I a refueling activity outside of the house! Plus there’s a ton of free activities to join in on outside of the workouts. I would highly recommend coming and trying out a class!

Fit4Mom Castle Rock is an amazing group of women! I tried my first class almost 6 months ago and everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I now attend class about 3 times/week and I absolutely love that I get to be active, social, and my kids have fun too! This group is inclusive, non-judgmental, and an amazing community. Highly recommend to all moms!

Fit4mom Castle Rock has completely changed my life!!! I joined when my daughter was 5 months old and she is almost two now. I wanted a great workout where I could bring my daughter with me so I tried a free class and have been attending for two years. The women in this group have become some of my best friends and going to class has been my life line. Nothing better than getting a good work out in with your friends. I do not know where I would be without these women. Definitely join, you won’t regret it!

Fit4Mom has been the best group that I have joined. My kids and I love meeting new moms and their kids. The workout classes are great and the playgroups are amazing! I would recommend this group to anyone I know! Im so lucky to have this group in my life!! I just recently started run club for the past 2 sessions and its a great accountability group. I love it
