We love everything that Fit4Mom stands for! This is such an important and impactful activity for both moms and kiddos. Such a great community for mothers in all stages!
The FIRST thing I did when finding out my family might be moving across the country to Boise was see if there was a F4M Village here. I went to my first Moms Night Out within a week of moving and my first class shortly after that. It’s so great to have an inclusive and established group of mom friends ready to bring all the new moms in. And the workouts are top notch too!!
I love Fit4Mom Boise! I recently joined to try the Body Boost classes and they don’t disappoint! They are challenging but doable for all levels. I also love how engaging Morgan and Hayley are on social media. It really makes me remember to check in for events and feel like it’s a true program that I’m paying for. It’s also a great way to meet new moms!
