Fit4mom has truly been a blessing for my son and I. Jillian is a great instructor and she’s great with the keeping the littles entertained as well! Being a stay at home mom, this has been a great option for us to have a routine, get some exercise, and socialize!

Jill is a fantastic instructor and always knows to handle fussy tots so moms can focus on their workout! The additional playgroups and mom night outs add to the experience and have helped me find new friends.
