I started attending prenatal Fit4Mom classes (Fit4Baby) & have now been a member for 2 years. I have truly found my village with this group. I love knowing I’m not alone in my motherhood journey, and knowing I’m in a safe environment when I’m with Fit4Mom. I love having my daughter see me exercise, and participate too! Fit4Mom Augusta is so much more than a fitness group!
This community of women is so welcoming and supportive! New to the area I started with a free class when my daughter was about 9 weeks old. I love the work outs and my now 1 year old loves to watch mama be strong and hang out with the other kiddos after class! I can’t recommend Fit4mom enough.
I love that I have found a community that not only supports me in motherhood, but embraces me while discovering my health and wellness journey. I am forever grateful to have a place to call home and the most amazing group of women to cheer for me!
I love having a community of people who are in the same boat as myself and can offer words of wisdom, advice, affirmations, love, help, support, etc. I get excited about going because my kids get to see me work out and take care of myself, and bonus, they get to be involved!
