I have been working out with Codi for a couple months now, and I can't recommend Fit4mom enough. I feel stronger mentally and physically. I have found women who support me during workouts and in life. I am so grateful I took a chance and stepped out of my comfort zone of hating working out. Both of my kids love coming to class with me as well. I love when they don't come with me too. You can honestly work at your own pace while being encouraged to push yourself. I can’t say enough good things about Codi and fit for mom! It’s a a welcoming environment to work out in with no judgement and a wonderful group of women who have become my friends. It’s not just a workout either... we laugh, hang out, have coffee and play dates and the best times during Mom’s Night Out! I’m thankful for coming across this group, by accident, and stepping out of my comfort zone because if I hadn’t, I truly would be missing out on something incredible.
