Save your money and time and go to any gym but this one. Families are not welcome. Preteens seeking fitness are not welcome, even if they are not touching equipment and just doing self-guided basic exercises like push ups and jumping jacks. Not only is the staff condescending and rude, but it is not worth the endless money pit and hassle to try to cancel. It’s overcrowded and underwhelming. I still like this gym however the cleanliness has definitely gone down recently. Walked in tonight and every single mirror in the building had streaks from what looks like a hack job at cleaning them. Left over residue lines the top of every mirror where I guess the person cleaning couldn’t reach or didn’t care enough to and some even had marks left from the squeegee halfway up the mirror. This gym is outstanding from top to bottom. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and stocked with quality equipment, which makes every workout smooth and enjoyable. The atmosphere is motivating, and the staff is friendly and professional. A huge part of that is thanks to the GM, Charles, who does an excellent job managing the facility. I’ve been a member of this gym for a little over a year. Having both my trainer (Leah) and the general manager (Charles) help me with transitioning into the gym lifestyle has made it so much easier for me. They are very understanding and patient with me. Overall they're amazing people. Having a daycare center in the gym is a bonus. The daycare staff are also really great with all kids.
