I like this facility, although it is small compared to other Ft4life. It has everything I need as a senior. I wish it had a better kettlebell setup but overall this is a good facility. they play terrible music really loud (in fairness all the gyms do this) while everyone has headphone or ear buds, you figure it out. Good gym, everyone is respectful staff and members alike.
Nice atmosphere, machines normally open, staff is nice and professional and let you do your own thing
They advertise open 365 days yet they were closed today for four hours for deep cleaning? No email, no previous signage! Deep cleaning Friday afternoon? The worse part is that when I suggestion they emails or messages I was told I could just go to another gym!
It's a tiny gym that supposedly offers a kid zone. It seems more often than not when I visit this location with my kid they are closed. So if that's something you desire so you can workout, go to the Hope Mills or Raeford locations. This one has the essentials but that only matters if you can get the workout in. Glad I keep drinking my pre-workout and paying for a membership that is essentially useless for my needs at this location.
I wish we had more stair climbers here. Gym is clean and has what I need for morning routines. Its nice
