I worked with Kimmie for almost two years and if I hadn't moved I still would be! Her personal training sessions and boot camp classes are affordable and challenging. She is a wonderful cheerleader! She was quick to notice if I was having trouble with an exercise and provided a modification or substitution until I gained the strength to complete the exercise. I lost close to 30lbs working with her but more importantly gained a lot of strength!
I've just started with Fit4Life. Kimmie offers your first workout for free! I attended her mixedfit class and immediately I was hooked! She's a phenomenal trainer! I also love the fact that she offers 2 classes. A boot camp and mixedfit. You can alternate between the 2 classes developing a Fit You! Thanks Kimmie!
I absolutely love these workout classes. The dance classes are the best!
