I visited the Fit4Less Milkcreek location to request a replacement membership card. The customer representative could not provide a written policy showing that the replacement fee is $20 plus HST. When new members sign up using the kiosks, none of these policies or procedures are disclosed to them. I paid for a full one-year membership but, due to personal reasons, was only able to use the facility twice. Great gym, the staff are friendly, the gym is clean. During off-peak hours it is not too crowded with good equipment variety. This is definitely my favourite Fit4Less location!

I have been a member of Orleans, Ontario fit4less since July 2025 . I’m totally impressed by this facility and the staff working there, the manager Ana is always greeting costumers with a positive attitude andisaften seen cleaning helping Rob F.  I would recommend this gym to anyone.  JP

This is the worst Fit4Less I have worked out at. The staff members are fantastic people but unfortunately the gym is very small and it's super busy all the time so you have to wait or change up your workout. There's no showers, and the staple machines of working out are always broken and take weeks to fix them.
