Less equipments, specially which girls use the most. Both of their abductor machines have been broken for more than a month and i feel like they have no plan of getting them fixed. If someone from management is reading this comment, PLEASE GET YOUR ABDUCTOR MACHINE FIXED. Whole workout routine is not working properly if the machines are not functioning properly.

I’ve been coming here since May 2025 and multiple machines have been broken the entire time. One of the hip machines was down when I joined, and as of today (Dec. 1), both hip machines are now broken. That’s seven months with no repair. We pay for our memberships, and more and more equipment keeps breaking without being fixed. It’s genuinely frustrating for regular members who rely on these machines as part of their routine. For the price this gym is very good! I had a few issues with my card not working and Emily was very quick to resolve the issue and was very friendly. Top notch customer service.

I had a horrible experience at this Fit4Less location. I went to take a shower after my workout and was shocked to find that the showers only have one switch and it releases nothing but extremely hot, boiling water. There is no way to adjust the temperature at all. I got undressed, put conditioner in my hair, turned on the water, and instantly got hit with water so hot it actually left red marks and minor burns on my skin. You pay for what you get. Nobody puts their weights back when done. Leg machines under maintenance for a while now, busy in the evening.
