Way too busy. People don't really respect the equipment. A lot of people don't even wipe down. I've already cancelled my membership.

I want to share some honest feedback about the customer service at this gym branch. Unfortunately, the customer service experience has been very disappointing. The staff members who deal directly with customers should be friendly, welcoming, respectful, and have a positive attitude. Very disappointing . People hog the few available pieces of equipment and spend their time scrolling on social media instead of sharing with others. The behavior is very rude. If you ask to share, they act as if you’ve asked for their kidneys. People gossip more than they work out here. Although there are posters indicating the expected civic sense for gym members, don’t know why they don’t read .
