Horrible gym, equipment is always out of order and stays that way for months, staff is never at the front desk to let you in, and unprofessional management. Had my membership cancelled over a dispute about “policy violations” with management, they never even asked for my consent. If I could rate it 0/5 I would
Had lots of equipment, was super busy... To be expected though. Found the layout kinda strange, all the equipment kinda just stacked on top of each other placed around randomly. Another thing to note is no change rooms!! There is areas where you can change and lockers I guess, but it's all in the open nothing gendered. Wasn't for me 🤷 Edit! I appreciate the response and will say, the staff here is so very kind and helpful! And black card amenities being available 24/7 is a slay!
