I walked out in the middle of a workout due to the locking device failed on the seat of a machine. This wasnt the first time it had happened to me personally. Combine this with the dirty tracks on dust balls under machines from Staff not keeping up with a basic cleaning schedule I have Zero desire to recomend this loaction to anyone.

This gym has gone to absolute revolting cleanliness standards. The men's bathroom is a urine soaked biohazard which gets tracked all over the rest of the gym. Never enough paper towels to go around and the smell is disgusting. I think they do a monthly cleaning and it's not enough.

I love fit 4 less pen centre!!! The staff do a great job of making everyone feel welcome. I truly feel comfortable and at home whenever I step through the front door. The manager Jessica is professional, attentive, and kind. Can’t forget about the great employees. Will S, Hannah, and Kiara are some key players at fit 4 less, couldn’t ask for any better staff!! Keep it up, team :)

I love this location! The front desk staff are amazing. Machines are sometimes broken down, but there are always staff on the floor checking for maintenance, cleaning/ sanitizing, and being friendly. Would definitely recommend.
