Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced my card was not working and Wes fixed the issue right away. He went above and beyond by brining my replacement card to me at work such an amazing experience.
Love the gym and staff
It’s a big gym with lots of equipment. It’s very cheap but you get a lot for what you pay. Even as a black card member I find it cheap for some of the amenities. The water message chairs are nice, and there are regular message chairs as well. The black card area is stacked with equipment.
