Absolutely useless customer service. Not even sure why they put those young guys on the desk who cannot change the membership location from their system. Had a better experience at previous branch. Cheap for a reason.

The staff member named Abraham does not know how to treat customers. He is unfriendly and arrogant. You should choose your staff more carefully. I would never come back.

We had a very upsetting experience at this gym. Someone pretending to be a staff member took my wife's phone number and later contacted her inappropriately. Since then, she has been extremely distressed and feels unsafe. We reported the incident to the police, but the gym management has shown no serious or effective response. We expected a safe and respectful environment for members, but unfortunately, that was not the case.
