On Tuesday, February 3rd, I had a very uncomfortable experience at this Fit4Less location. I left my backpack inside the bathroom while I was training. At that time, the bathroom was being cleaned by an employee and access was not allowed, meaning only staff had access to the backpacks during that period. I am confident this is where the issue happened because I came directly from work, put cash into my backpack before going to the gym, and went straight home after the gym. This gym is cheap for a reason. I usually go here early Am. 4 times last week I’ve seen the same guy in here at 4am in the morning asleep on the massage chairs. No he’s not working out just in there hanging around in here. I saw another man doing the same on Monday morning, then I watched him take paper towel into the uni sex change room and lock the door for 40min. Not sure how fit for less are ok with this. I’ve called twice about the issue and they don’t seem bothered, never even asked my name. The toilets are disgusting.... read more
